Kromer & Moore is an executive search consulting firm specializing in senior-level search assignments within the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. It was founded in 2007 by two friends, Kyle Kromer and Jason Moore, whom have many years experience helping A/E/C firms of all sizes identify, assess, recruit, and hire top performers nationwide.

Kyle Kromer, Co-Founder, has been working in the executive search profession, focusing on the architecture, engineering, and construction industries, since 1996. Prior to establishing Kromer & Moore, Kyle was the National Recruiting Manager for HNTB, Inc. (HNTB, Inc. is a top 25 A/E/C design firm with over 3,000 employees nationwide.) Kyle and his team coordinated the research, recruiting and hiring efforts nationally for the entire corporation, averaging the placement of over 700 technical A/E/C professionals per year.

Jason Moore, Co-Founder, has been working in the executive search profession, focusing on the architecture, engineering, and construction industries, since 1996. Prior to establishing Kromer & Moore, Jason was the National Recruiting Manager for Carter & Burgess, Inc. (Carter & Burgess, Inc. was a top 30 A/E/C design firm with over 3,000 employees nationwide. In October of 2007 they were acquired by Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc.) Jason and his team coordinated the research, recruiting and hiring efforts nationally for the entire corporation, averaging the placement of over 900 technical A/E/C professionals per year.
